Whilst it is rare for our clients to experience any problems with their heat pump, we recognise that everyone likes peace of mind and no one wants to be without hot water or heating.
An annual health check is included in all of our service contracts to help ensure your heat pump continues to run at its maximum efficiency and can be an important requirement for validity of manufacturers warranties.
If we did not install your Heat Pump or Underfloor Heating system, then unfortunately we are unable to assist you at this time. Please refer to your installation company or item manufacturer. Please refrain from using this form if this applies to you.
If your Heat Pump was installed by Smart Renewable Heat, Source Energy Limited - Cornwall, Coefficient Renewable Heating Solutions – Sheffield and IMS Heating – Scotland then you may use this form to request information about an after-care contract you may also call the office on 0800 865 4328 to discuss your service options.
If you have already recieved an after-care contract quote from us then please note we cannot book your service or provide you with a date untill payment has been recieved and confirmed by finance. Please accept the quote and make the payment.
If you would like an invoice prior to making this payment please let us know once you have accepted the quote.

If you wish to make payment by bank transfer our banking details are referenced in the quote we have provided. Please quote the invoice and/or quote number on all payments.
